Service

• Platform : refers to the LinkFolio website accessible at linkfolio.com
• User : any person using the Platform
• Creator : a user who has created an account and published a portfolio
• Content : texts, images, videos and other elements published by the User
• Services : all features offered by LinkFolio

Using the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these TOS. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use LinkFolio.

LinkFolio reserves the right to modify the TOS at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or notification on the Platform.

To create a portfolio, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information:

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Professional discipline

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out from your account.

4.1 Available plans

• 3-month plan : 2,000 FCFA for 3 months of access
• Annual plan : 5,000 FCFA for 12 months of access

4.2 Payment

Payments are made via Mobile Money (MTN, Moov) or credit card. All payments are secured and processed by our partner PayPlus Africa.

4.3 Renewal

Subscriptions are not renewed automatically. Upon expiration, your portfolio remains accessible in read-only mode until renewal.

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish (photos, texts, videos). By publishing content on LinkFolio, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute this content via your portfolio.

5.2 LinkFolio Platform

The source code, design, templates and all elements of the Platform are the exclusive property of LinkFolio and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not publish illegal, offensive content or content contrary to public morals
• Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Not use the Platform for fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to hack or disrupt the operation of the Platform

LinkFolio reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of non-compliance with these obligations.

LinkFolio makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uninterrupted availability
• The total absence of bugs or errors
• Absolute protection against cyberattacks

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. LinkFolio may suspend or delete your account in case of violation of the TOS.

Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These TOS are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cotonou, Benin.
